Iwett Adieu säge

Chicago, Toronto, Montréal, Québec

A great thanks to Catalina & Andres for their amazing hospitality and to Stephan for his astonishing knowledge of Chicago. Also a warm hug to Killer-Blick for his unbelievable, historical found of 6 cherry tomatoes in our fridge. Hope he will spend our 300 USD with something beautiful. Don’t forget to check out our newly uploaded pictures in the gallery section […]

So interesting reading about your travels.. Sounds like Nadine is enjoying herself too. So nice to have someone show you around Chicago, looks like a great place….we have not been there yet. Nice that your have friends who offer to hosted you So glad you were able to go to a Blue Jays game in Toronto. Quebec is really beautiful too. Each place has something unique to offer…..Hope you don’t have any more ‚exciting times‘ (that is sarcasm) crossing the boarder! I should have given you a tip about crossing the U.S.-Canadian boarder…..When we took our trailer across, we just told them we had some different food (vegetables and fruit) but we were not sure what we were allowed to bring in and what we were NOT allowed to bring into each country. We invited them into our trailer and asked them to check our fridge and cupboards and take away what we could not cross the boarder with. They did that and then gave us a list of items that were prohibited. They liked Koda, so I think she charmed them a bit. I’m sure you will be enjoying the Maritimes. So happy to hear about your travels, take care and drive carefully. Norm & Lash

      Dear Lasha & Norm
Did you understand our German or did Google translate for you (in funny Terms)? 🙂
Chicago is pretty nice and clean – we were gladly surprised by that.
Crossing the border to Canada seems to be more fun than the opposite 😉 I think they just wanted to find something because they hadn’t reached their daily fine limit. However, we take that as good experience and looking Forward to our next border crossing to the US in 1 week 😉 We will follow your strategy then..

So – how are you doing back in Edmonton? Are the musicians from the Festival still playing? 😉

Give Koda a hug from us and we are so happy that you follow our blog!

      Best,
      Adrian & Yvette
